Epos-Press is an independent book shop and publisher offering carefully curated titles in printed editions and (where available) PDF editions. We ship printed books from Germany, and deliver PDF editions digitally.

Printed books:
After successful payment, we prepare and ship your order from Germany. You will receive:
an order confirmation email, and
a shipping confirmation once dispatched (with tracking if available for your shipping method).
PDF editions:
After successful payment, you will receive access to your PDF via:
a download link by email and/or
your customer account.
No. In many regions you can pay via PayPal using a credit/debit card without a PayPal account (availability depends on country and PayPal settings).
Yes. Card payments are processed securely via Stripe and/or PayPal (depending on what you select at checkout). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
This depends on what you purchased:
A) Printed books (physical goods)
If you are a consumer and the statutory right of withdrawal applies (especially within the EU/EEA), you can withdraw within the legal period as described in our Withdrawal/Returns Policy.
Return shipping for “change of mind” withdrawals: the customer bears the direct cost of return shipping (including EU/EEA).
Exception (defective/damaged/wrong item): if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong item, statutory warranty rights apply and we will handle it accordingly.
B) PDF editions (digital content)
For digital PDF downloads, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded once digital performance begins if you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right. In that case, refunds are not possible once the download/access has started.
